They turned the match with 115 runs partnership after losing three early wickets particularly Maxwell did the damage with powerful and towering shots hitting 95
Runs with help of 15 fours and two huge six's in 43 balls. David Miller also played anchor innings hitting unbeaten 56 runs with help of 3 fours and 3 sixes.
In the Chennai innings Brendon McCullum and Dwayne Smith also scored delightful innings scoring half-centuries.
Same day Rajasthan Royals secured victory in the final over on Hyderabad Sunrisers. Hyderabad batted first and given a chasable target to their opponent and Rahane and allrounder S.Binny guided Rajasthan to a comfortable victory .
