IPL 2014- ROYALS SHOT OUT FOR 70

INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE- Royal Challengers Shot out for 70 and Kings XI Punjab Keep Winning and top in points table.



Royal Challengers shot out for 70 runs and faced big defeat on Rajasthan Royals. Two days ago Royal Challengers blew a winning position to lose to Kolkata Knight Riders by two runs and they repeated the performance against Rajasthan Royals. Royal Challengers this match lost four wickets in just 15 balls including those of AB de Villiers and Yuvraj Singh and they posted 70 , the third worst score in the IPL. However Rajasthan Royals completed formalities losing four wickets in their run chase. Rajasthan Royals legspinner Tambe grabbed four wickets giving 20 runs in his bowling quota and Richardson two wickets in his first over . In Other Match no fireworks from Glenn Maxwell and David Miller and failed for the first time this season. Punjab bowlers did their job well to win the match comfortably by 23 runs. Kolkata spinners Narine and Chawla did well grabbing 3wickets each and restricted Punjab for 132 runs. Sehwag hit 37 .

Kings XI Punjab 132 for 9 (Sehwag 37, Chawla 3-19,Narine 3-24) beat Kolkata Knight Riders 109 ( Surya Kumar 34, Sandeep 3-21) by 23 runs.
